On May 19th, a seminar on energy efficient lighting was organized by POM East Flanders in cooperation with the business club Bedrijvenzone Eke vzw. 22 members of the business club were present.
13 companies of the business club committed to an energy audit in an earlier stage of the ANSWER project. These energy scans, performed by the Agency of Business, showed that lighting had high saving potentials for most companies involved. A logical choice then to organize a seminar on energy efficient lighting!
POM East Flanders invited two expert speakers:
- Catherine Lootens from Groen Licht Vlaanderen, the expertise center on energy efficient lighting from KAHO Sint-Lieven
- Thomas Desnijder from the Agency of Business, the expert on subsidary measures on lighting (and energy in general)
